Isabel Serra studied philosophy at the Complutense University in Madrid. She is deputy in the Assembly of Madrid and spokeswoman of Podemos in the Community of Madrid. She is a militant of “Anti-capitalists”. She has participated in different social movements, such as the student movement against Bologna, the 15-M and feminist collectives.

Isabel Serra estudió filosofía en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Es diputada en la Asamblea de Madrid y portavoz de Podemos en la Comunidad de Madrid. Es una militante de los "anticapitalistas". Ha participado en diferentes movimientos sociales, como el movimiento estudiantil contra Bolonia, los colectivos 15-M y colectivos feministas.
