Susan Kemp is a lawyer specialising in international criminal law and human rights. From May 2015 she will serve as a Commissioner on the Scottish Human Rights Commission. She has worked around the world for NGOs, the ICC and the UN. Between 1998 and 2002 she coordinated field investigations for Guatemalan NGO CALDH that brought domestic genocide prosecutions against General Ríos and others.
