Bio: Susan Waltz is a Professor of Public Policy at the Ford School of Public Policy, University of Michigan.  She is co-author of the website Human Rights Advocacy and the History of International Human Rights Standards. From 1993-1999 she served on the international governing board of Amnesty International.
