Sur - International Journal on Human Rights;is a biannual journal published in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Its goal it to contribute to a critical debate on human rights issues from a Global South perspective. Sur was created in 2004 by Conectas Human Rights, which is hosting its 13th International Human Rights Colloquium in October 2013.
