Jeremy Fox is a writer, journalist and consultant. He taught at the Centre for Teaching and Research in Economics (CIDE) in Mexico City and has been an advisor on international aid and investment to the Canadian International Development Agency and USAID, the Government of India and the Commonwealth Secretariat. In the Americas he has worked as a consultant or journalist in Argentina, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, St Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, the United States, and Uruguay.
