Luis Gouveia Jr. was born in Cabo Frio, Brazil. After studying business in the US, he moved to Portugal, where he finished his undergraduate studies in International Relations at the University of Coimbra. Currently, he is an MSc student at Oxford University.
He also writes poetry, having published one book and participating in a few Brazilian anthologies.
