Miguel Luis Arias is a public policy and governance specialist with more than 5 years of professional experience in public sector and the areas of labor and migration. He is currently a lecturer at the School of Diplomacy and Governance of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde teaching courses in ASEAN Studies and Comparative Politics. Miguel completed his Master of Arts in Public Policy degree (specialization in Governance) with Distinction at the School of Public Policy of Central European University and his Bachelor of Arts in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs degree with honors (Honorable Mention) at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
