In Team Syntegrity 2017, participants addressed the opening question – by choosing twelve topics to discuss over a period of three and a half days. See here for the process in the participants’ own words. And here are the results so far...

This is a protocol of overlapping sessions, designed to take a comprehensive, fresh look at a complex topic in a space highly organised for self-organisation to occur, by exploring multiple perspectives and integrating ideas together.

Participants start off with post-it notes. These are gathered under key topic headings (needing at least five signatures), and twelve topics are chosen from the resulting list. Each topic is discussed in 3 sessions (one a day) before the final presentations and recommendations are made.
