Release Ganji! Campaign

14 July 2005

The following is from an email I received last week from a group campaigning for the release of Akbar Ganji from prison:

bq. "We want to invite you to the new web site we have set up, Release Ganji! Campaign (releaseganji.net), to support Akbar Ganji and consolidate our efforts to release him.

bq. "You can use this web site to coordinate your efforts to release Ganji with other activists. You can use the space to communicate news, links and more importantly any public activity. Email us these informations and we will post them regularly here.

bq. "You can also download and use prepared brochures and distribute them among the people where you live and so raise the public awareness of Ganji's critical situation."

Trade deals, Brexit and disaster capitalism

If you're tired of Brexit, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Is the UK joining Trumpland? Does this explain Boris Johnson's kamikaze EU negotiating strategy? And could beating this deal begin a challenge to the iniquities of the global economy?
