The Guardian council just announced names of the approved candidates:

  • Mohammad Bager Qalibaf (Conservative)
  • Ali Larijani (Conservative)
  • Mahmoud Ahmadi Nejad (Fundamentalist)
  • Mohsen Rezai (Conservative)
  • Mehdi Karrubi (Conservative)
  • Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani (Conservative)

So among the significant candidates they've disapproved Mostafa Moin (Reformist) and Ebrahim Yazdi (Nationalist.)
