Next weekend the 15thAsian Games begin in Doha, Qatar with athletes from 45 countries competing for medals. Watch familiar sports from the Olympics as well as others that look bonkers-amazing. These should definitely be checked out: Kabadi Raiders chasing each other around while chanting (without breathing!), the spectacular football/martial arts/volleyball combination of Sepaktakraw and 100 mile races on Arabian horses. All reasons to celebrate for this often troubled continent.
