WebCameron: the saga continues, part III

Published:

By Jessica Reed

Ah, WebCameron! The saga never ends.

We blogged about David Cameron launching his weblog/podcasts/videocasts; we blogged about his website getting spoofed, and now we feel strangely compelled to follow up with this piece of news from the BBC:

A controversial video in which a Labour MP mocked David Cameron and his family has been taken down from the YouTube website after being viewed 4,900 times.

The question remains: why was the video taken down? If it is the results of peer-pressure, than the process is questionnable. But if Sion Simon has freely decided towithdraw his satirical work, than I suppose nothing can be said - except that maybe he shouldn't have made the spoof-video in the first place if he was not prepared to stick to his decision.
