I have over 12 years of progressive experience in social development projects at the national and international level, including assignments as project manager, international consultant, project officer, and research officer. I have worked on gender issues, environment, rural development, ICTs and communications, development in Latin America, and freedom of expression. I also have extensive experience developing outreach and communication campaigns, and writing for international magazines and press services.
