Ai-jen Poo is the director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance and co-director of the Caring Across Generations campaign. She is a 2014 MacArthur fellow, was named one of the world’s 100 most influential people in 2012 by Time magazine, and is one of Fortune.com’s World’s Greatest Leaders. She is the author of the Age of Dignity: Preparing for the Elder Boom in a Changing America. She began her career organising immigrant women workers nearly two decades ago.
