Anthony Browne was environment editor of the Times in 2003 and author of The Euro: should Britain join? (Icon Books) which entered the Sunday Times best seller list and Do we need mass immigration? (Civitas). Since September 2012 he has been head of the British Bankers' association, and before that, was Morgan Stanly's head of government for Europe, the Midde East and Africa and Policy Director for Economic Development for Boris Johnson, Mayor of London.
