Elena Gnedina, PhD, is a Paris-based analyst on post-Soviet affairs. She worked on issues on corruption at a private consultancy in London, after completing a doctoral research on Russia and EU's influence on post-Soviet states at Queen's University Belfast. She also worked on EU foreign and neighbourhood policies at Brussels-based Centre for European Policy Studies.
