
Elliot Dolan-Evans recently completed his PhD in political economy, and his research focuses on the political economy of economic restructuring during conflict, the work of the International Financial Institutions, and questions of capitalism and health. Elliot is also a medical doctor, a lawyer, and has been a conflict analyst investigating Ukraine and Myanmar.
