Frances Sheahan is Senior Legal and Advocacy Advisor at Consortium for Street Children. She is a lawyer and child rights expert with more than 17 years' experience working on child rights law, policy and programming in Egypt, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo and South Sudan, amongst other countries. Her previous experience includes work for UNODC, UNICEF, Save the Children International and Penal Reform International.
