Kalpana Wilson is the author of 'Race, Racism and Development: Interrogating History, Discourse and Practice' and has also written and researched on agrarian transformation in Bihar, India, women's participation in rural labour movements, and the appropriation of feminist ideas by neoliberalism. She teaches at the Gender Institute, London School of Economics, and is a member of South Asia Solidarity Group.
