Mehdi Lahlou is Professor of Economics at the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) in Rabat, Morocco, and an associated professor at University Mohammed V (Rabat). He earned his PhD in economics from Université Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
