Pragya Lamsal is a Nepal-based development professional and human rights activist. She has long been involved in various research, advocacy and campaigns, especially on menstrual hygiene, right to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), disability rights, gender equality and equity as well as women’s economic empowerment.
