Ria Oomen-Ruijten is a Dutch politician and Member of the European Parliament. She is a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal(CDA), of the bureau of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats) group, sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs and is a substitute member of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs.
