Shahrbanou Tadjbakhsh teaches at the Paris School of International Affairs of the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris courses on Human Security and on Understanding Radicalization and has worked as a consultant with various UN organizations in Central Asia and Afghanistan for more than 25 years. She is co-author (with Kristian P Harpviken) of A Rock Between Hard Places | Hurst Publishers and is co-author (with Anuradha Chenoy) of Human Security: Concepts and Implications (Routledge 2008), and editor of Rethinking the Liberal Peace: External Models and Local Alternatives (Routledge, 2011).
