Tatiana Coll is a graduate of the sociology of education at the University of Havana. She is currently a doctoral candidate of sociology at la Universidad, Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), where she teaches and conducts research. She has published on education and Latin America, and is a regular contributor to La Jornada.
