Zakhar Popovych is the deputy director of the Center for Social and Labour Research (Kyiv, Ukraine) and a co-founder of the Social Movement NGO. His recent publications focused on the effects of the Ukraine-EU association agreement on the economic development and social conditions in Ukraine, including consequences for sovereign debt, taxation and transfer pricing.
