There haven't been a whole lot of news reports from the World Social Forum in Bamako. The South African press came out pessimistically ("Before, it was politicians putting us to sleep with their words...") while others said neoliberal capitalism has become a scape goat for African countries who refused to take responsibility for poor government. No news, is good news?
