On it, you can read the full text of his speech, “If you play by the rules, we'll stand by you", he says. But, Gordon, who will write the rules? There does seem to be a suggestion of a written constitution to come, but no hint of whether he’ll be open to a democratic process of the kind Anthony Barnett suggests in his new article in openDemocracy where he also churns out the list what a new settlement will have to confront (I am beginning to feel sorry for it already). On this critical point of how who writes the rules the the GB4B web site is as vague and out-of-focus as the Basildon pictures from its campaign photo-stream.
