Jon Bright (London, OK): With most people feeling like there will be an election within a year at most, thoughts are once again going to be turning to the ins and outs of our electoral system - not least the problem of low voter turnout. Most people who are in the know oppose e-voting, but that doesn't mean the internet can't help in other ways. Election alarm clock is a dinky little website set up to remind you when to register and when to vote - not just for the general, but for the plethora of other elections you can have your say in. You don't have to check the website either, just sign up and they'll email or text you when you have to concentrate (all for free). Alright - if you're reading OK, you're probably all sorted for this already. But perhaps you know someone who isn't?
