This week’s comedic odyssey actually began several weeks ago, with a story of poor brothel owners negatively impacted by climate change (hat-tip Sam Geall of chinadialogue.net)
The week got weirder with the belated discovery of god-tube. Like you-tube only holier, and full of profound creepiness. Funny in a wake up screaming kind of way.
My other great find of the week was conservapedia (thanks Jess!), a fair and balanced online enclyclopedia. My good spirits were enhanced when I searched ‘joke’.
High-Fallutin Felix Cohen has some New Yorker humour, featuring Unicef the evil king of Halloween.
The Onion has this enlightening stat-shot.
Maryann Bird speculates that the state department may in fact be funny.
