Anthony Barnett (London, OK): Iain Dale has an article in the Daily Telegraph about the slow, limp rise of blogging among MPs and the Briish political parties and a hilarious survey of their websites. Or should I say English, given the strength of Welsh bloggers and the Scottish Government website? Why has blogging not taken off in the UK in the way that it has in the US and France despite high broadband connectivity? Something is missing. Is is just the politicians' fault? Any answers welcome.
