Aaron C Taliaferro is an employee of the US Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Civil-Military Relations, and is a Lt. Colonel in the USAF Reserve. He has served two tours of duty in Afghanistan, one at the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force, and another at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul.
