Abdallah Hadeed is a researcher at the Libyan Centre for Strategic Studies in Tripoli, where he manages the constitution project, and a PhD candidate in Meknes, Morocco. His research interest is in public issues and in the democratic transition in Libya, and Islamic studies, in which he holds a master’s degree.

Dialogue in Libya: challenges and conditions of success

Steps need to be taken to promote consensus, in order to consolidate the nation to which Libyans aspire. This NOREF report explores whether there can there be dialogue in the context currently prevailing in Libya.
