Angelos Katsaris

Dr Angelos Katsaris is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair, College of Europe (Natolin Campus) in Warsaw and his research interests are situated in the fields of EU external governance and public administration, with a specific focus on energy and climate change policies.

The climate challenge in the south Mediterranean

Climate change is a long-term issue with low short-term risks for southern Mediterranean political systems. The fear of uncontrollable societal upheavals has pushed environmental matters to the bottom of the agenda.
