Başak Çalı

Dr. Başak Çalı is associate professor of International Law at Koç University, Istanbul where she is also the inaugural director of the Center for Global Public Law. She is a fellow of the University of Essex Human Rights Centre and a founding co-chairperson of the European Society of International Law interest group on International Human Rights Law.
