Hywel Francis

Hywel Francis MP is the former chair of the Welsh Affairs Select Committee and a former Professor at Swansea University. He served as Special Policy Adviser to the Secretary of State for Wales Rt. Hon Paul Murphy MP and is currently the Chair of the Joint Committee on Human Rights and of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Archives in the Parliament.
