Jill E.B. Coster van Voorhout MSc, LL.M is a researcher at The Hague Institute for Global Justice. She holds two master's degrees in social sciences and law and three bachelor’s degrees in social sciences, European and international institutional law, and international criminal law from Utrecht University, where she also holds a research position.
