John Dalhuisen
John Dalhuisen is a Senior Fellow at the European Stability Initiative, an independent Berlin-based think-tank. He was Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia at Amnesty International from 2012 to 2018. He was previously Special Adviser to the first Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights.
