Julian Thomas

Julian Thomas is Director of the Media and Communications Programme at the Institute for Social Research, Swinburne University of Technology. He writes on new media, broadcasting, and other aspects of information policy. He is a co-author of The Future for Local Content? (Sydney, 2001).
