Kirill Guskov is a Russian journalist and political expert. He has written for Novaya Gazeta and Pskovskaya Guberniya. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the National Research University Higher School of Economics and Master's degree in Russian and East Europen studies from Oxford.
