Leila Ullrich is the Convenor of the Oxford Transitional Justice Research (OTJR) network and a PhD Candidate in Criminology, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. Her research is on 'justice for victims' and 'gender justice' at the International Criminal Court with focus on victim participation in Kenya and victim assistance in Uganda.
