Marius Oosthuizen

Marius Oosthuizen is a member of faculty at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), University of Pretoria, South Africa. He heads up the Future of Business Project that uses strategic foresight methods to explore the future of South Africa, Africa and BRICS. He is currently completing a Masters in Applied Social and Political Ethics and writing a doctoral proposal on Public Leadership for Cross-Sectoral Collaboration.

However succinct a particular leader’s vision for the future may be, and however well-considered their plan, the future is a contested space, not a definitive terrain to be conquered.
