Maude Barlow

Maude Barlow is the National Chairperson of the Council of Canadians and the author of Blue Future, Protecting Water for People and the Planet Forever. She is the recipient of the Right Livelihood Award, served as the Senior Advisor on Water to the United Nations, and helped ensure that water was recognized as a human right by the UN.
