Michal Tosovsky

Michal Tosovsky graduated in mechanical engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague in 1969. In the post-communist period he was President of the Czech Standards Office, then Deputy Minister for Transport and Telecommunications. He is now executive director of a small clinic in Prague.
