Michel Wieviorka

Michel Wieviorka is a Professor (Directeur d’études) at the École des Hautes Etudes en sciences Sociales (Paris) and president of the Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme (FMSH). He presided over the International Sociological Association from 2006 to 2010. He is the author of Evil (Polity Press, 2013), The Lure of Anti-semitism (Brill, 2007), Violence: A New Approach (Sage, 2009), among other works.
