Namuyomba Nissy, 26 works as a programmes officer at the Association of Persons with Disabilities Living with HIV&AIDS in Uganda (ADPHA Uganda). The organisation supports persons with disabilities living with HIV and those affected by TB to realise their rights and have equal and adequate access to information and services without discrimination.
