Nur Arafeh

Nur is a policy member of Al-Shabaka policy network, an assistant researcher at the Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS) and a visiting lecturer at Al-Quds Bard Honors College. She has a dual BA in political science and economics from Sciences Po (France) and Columbia University (USA), and holds an MPhil in development studies from the University of Cambridge (UK).

Decolonising Palestinian economies

There are at least five different economies in Palestine that co-exist with the Israeli economy, and they are all subjugated to Israeli colonisation. Decolonising them is key to real economic stimulus.
