Oliver Kochta-Kalleinen

Oliver Kochta-Kalleinen (GER, born 1971) lives and works in Helsinki, Finland. Since 2003 when they organised "The First Summit of Micronations", he has collaborated with Tellervo Kalleinen. They are co-founders of complaintschor.org, the Speech Karaoke project and YKON. In 2014 they won the biggest art award of Finland, Ars Fennica.
