Paul Nuttall is a UKIP MEP for the North West of England. Paul’s constituency covers Merseyside, Lancashire, Cumbria, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. At 32, Paul is UKIP’s youngest ever Chairman, youngest ever MEP and is a member of Young Independence.
