Phillip Lottholz

Phillip Lottholz is a Visiting Fellow at the Collaborative Research Centre/Transregio 138 “Dynamics of Security”, Philipps-University of Marburg, Germany. His research and writing focuses on political and social change in post-Socialist Central Asia and Eastern Europe, and the particular effects and roles of peacebuilding and security practices.
