Samantha Earle is founder of Ethicise.org, a social enterprise that aims to bring Ethics into the mainstream of public discourse and private lives. She is also studying for a PhD in philosophy, and is an environmental justice campaigner.

A symbolic summit

After all, why should "they" act in our best interests if we ourselves do not? This is a deeply ethical issue. We can choose to be autonomous, efficacious beings, or to be automatons oblivious to our own destinies.
